We do not hold any responsibility for the import taxes that might occur.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
From 1 to 3 weeks you should receive your order - Thank you for being patient!
What is your return policy?
You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days after that you have received your package. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at email@example.com and we will provide a return address.
Returned items must be in the original condition they arrived in with any boxes or labels still intact. Please contact us as soon as possible once you receive your item if you wish to return your item.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot provide free returns.
Items that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility until we receive them. The refund/exchange will not be processed until we have received the package back at our showroom. Please note the floating shop does not accept liability for returned goods.
Please allow 3-5 days working days for your money to show up in your account. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage!
